Who is Roy's number 2?

Does he have 1?if not,would making carra his no2 be a bad idea?
Carra is a leader,a man with great fooballing knowledge and one day he will be a great manager for us.what do you think?would having a better no2 help with matters right now?it would give carra more responsibilities and hopefully slowly bring him out of the 1st team,with more oppurtunity for a skrtel and agger partnership given a chance to develop.

I can't recall him sitting on the bench (could be watching from the stands though).
