I would Lucas in ahead of Poulsen as you have done.I'd love to bring back Insua. Mavinga is playing centre back and he's not too bad actually. I would ditch Meireles for Aquilani.

Meireles - I'm not a fan of his and think he is extremely average player: not too many Porto fans were sorry to see him go and now I see why. Aquilani on other hand is killing it at Juve - apparently he was immense against Inter, was playing box to box, passing the ball like the great Xabi and was making plenty of tackles. According to my Italian mate, he is the best midfielder in Italy (providing he can stay fit) and will very soon be back playing for Italy. It's apparently a dead cert that Juve will sign him though permanently.

Suso is not a winger. The first team is too soo for him - but next season he could be ready maybe?

Valid enough except I'm talking about what we have now and they should be available for Everton should a new manager be in. So Insua, Aquilani and Torres wouldnot be available.

He wasn't part of the decision, he was part of the recommendation team and he recommended Roy.

maybe they did, Infact as alluded to gerrard and carra were almost certainly consulted.......

I think looking from Afar if i were Gerrard and Carra looking from afar they probably did want Roy.
