It all depens on how true the reports of Rafa losing the dressing room were?

Personally i think the players were happy to get a new manager in and surely the likes of Carra and Gerrard had allready spoken to Murphy to about Roy, this will have been then passd on to purslow.

But then it seems to me, he has outdated methods and I very much doubt if he has the same attention to detail Rafa had. While Rafa knew everything about the opposition and ensured we went out to nulify them.......we seem to have the same formation week in, week out with no respect to the oppostion.

Its easy to lose the dressing room when you are making such basic errors as he is doing week in, week out.

Also, the fact is he had a gay girly hissy fit and resigned despite putting up with a fraction of what Rafa did. Why would he come to LFC where the owners make Lerner look like Santa Claus?

Wacthed Football First and I agree with one of the posters in this thread who was at the match - played some great football in the first 25 mins and the last 35. Hodgson is still learning what his best XI is - Raul in the Poulsen's role and we won't be far off imo.

If we play Gerrard off Torres then we have to play either Lucas or Poulson in centre mid alongside Meireles. For me that's a no-no unless we have to.

It should be Cole off Torres, Gerrard and RM in centre mid, Glen Johnson right midfield, and I'd use Kuyt on the left like Holland do. There's plenty of bite and creativity in that midfield.

That attacking 6 looks pretty decent to me.
