For Babel I can understand as he was given an ample number of opportunities and ****ed up pretty much all of them but not for Dani. He is only 19 and it is normal for him to be inconsistent and have a bad game but I guess I expect too much from Roy and his managerial skills...Originally posted by RedReet View PostLike Babel, he seems to be taking the brunt of the blame for losing against formidable Northampton.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

He doesn't know the team yet. He should be doing all in his power to build every players confidence, not hang them out to dry because he ****ed up.Originally posted by Mostar View PostFor Babel I can understand as he was given an ample number of opportunities and ****ed up pretty much all of them but not for Dani. He's been here long enough to have a good idea about his squad but the fact is he is a mediocre manager that cannot recognise a true talent even when he is looking at one.Originally posted by RedReet View PostHe doesn't know the team yet. Originally posted by RoadEnd View PostJohn McMahon has revealed Roy Hodgson's first-team plan for starlet Dani Pacheco.
The Spanish ace is regarded as one of the most talented youngsters in Europe after rising to prominence in a withdrawn striking role.
However, this season he has been deployed more regularly on the right-side of midfield, a switch that McMahon feels can boost the No.12's claims for more first-team involvement.
"The boss (Roy Hodgson) is keen on him," he told Liverpoolfc.tv.
"He sees Dani filling those wide roles, so when he plays for the reserves he occupies those positions and learns to adapt and play in them.
"It's good for his development to learn several roles and it will only benefit him, especially if he's required to do a job for the first-team."
That's hardly a plan for Pacheco is it?? when Rafa used him it was wide.
Pacheco is a really bright talent, no-one truely knows if he'll properly break through but I think it's fair to say he would have a better chance under a different manager. The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

i'd like to see him right of a front 3 - a la chelsea. cole to the left.
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

Should be playing in a 3 with Nando and Maxi at the moment, players we have would suit this formation well.
Reina
Carra Skrtel The Greek Konk (nobody else available!)
........................Lucas
...........Gerrard............Meireles
.......Maxi............................Dani

In games like last Sunday when Gerrard isn't finding the space and not getting much service, I wouldn't mind seeing him play just off Torres. I think they'd work well together.
Would be kick in the balls to N'Gog though, who did make a big difference when he came on.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
