Because Hodgsons tactics play on his weaknesses

He hates coming for crosses

He prefers to play a high line / starting position which means he wants the back four further up the pitch

We are sitting on the 18 yard box now which means balls are coming into the box, which we are not defending well because we arent dominant in the air so he has to be more proactive which means he looks shakey

Doesn't hekp when 6ft 4 inch Martin Skrtel literally cannot win one single header. We need someone like Chris Samba, someone commanding, we also need to get those 11 players and give them a good kick in the bollox.
