        Hodgson has to go.
What was the point of putting Maxi on with 2 minutes to go?
        Come back Kenny please.

Must be the end for him. If he doesn't resign - bullet, simple as.

There is no defending Roy now, time for excuses are no well over. Can't see him stepping down at all and we won't sack him.

Truly woeful result. It gets harder and harder to defend Roy.
                Indeed.

What makes it worse is that as much as he needs to go,this is all starting to deflect attention from matters off the pitch at a crucial time for our club.

So to that end the board are probably chuffed at the job Roy is doing.

I can't wait to see the press conference when he says we're "bitterly unlucky" and deserved points from this game then goes on to say that there's "no easy games in this league". If he comes out with that sing song he deserves to be sacked on the spot, he doesn't deserve to have the honour of resigning.

I can't defend anything today, I'm just absolutely gutted at what I have just witnessed. The more worrying thing for me is I do not know who could come in and make this group of players play as a team. They just don't seem to be bothered until it's too late.

Awful this is the worst Liverpool side I've seen in my lifetime

Jimmy Case has just said this is the worst football hes seen in his association with the club (as a fan and player)
I honestly forgot to place my bet on Blackpool, was busy hunting. Hodgson will not go though will he?
                            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Roy has inherited an incredibly difficult situation with what he has received and the ownership malarkey, but he hasnt helped himself with his signings (except for Meireles) and his bizaarely over defensive lineups.

He's a good guy and in another situation could have done better, but I hope he now has the decency to quit.
Jacques Brel is alive and well and playing at Anfield

Another terrible performance and result, not our worst performance of the season but still enough to lose at home to Blackpool!

Speaks volumes that Krygiakos was our biggest goal threat for the entire 90 minutes.

Got to go Roy.....sadly i can see him hanging on and things getting even worse

My only crumb of comfort is that i backed Drogba for first goalscorer and had a Blackpool/Chelsea double at about 20/1!
