it scares me that so many would like kelly to start this game at left back!! the lad would get ripped a new one - he is nowhere near good enough for our first team right now especially given the current form we are in.

That Roy team will lose us the game IMO, at best 0-0 draw but I think their midfield would win the midfield battle.Originally posted by Ben_Itez View PostMy team:

Kelly (assuming Aurelio is injured)
Lucas
Meireles
Maxi

Torres
Subs: Jones, Kyrgiakos, Konchesky, Spearing, Babel, Pacheco, Ngog
if Kuyt and Agger are injured

There were quotes from him yesterday saying Konchesky and Torres were back and Kuyt out, no mention of Agger
Along the lines of we have two good ones returning
and we've lost one good one. Think the official press conference is scheduled for 2.30pm.

ROY HODGSON’S relationship with Daniel Agger has become further strained with the Liverpool manager revealing his frustration at the defender’s fitness.
Agger will be absent for Sunday’s Merseyside derby at Goodison after aggravating a groin problem while on international duty for Denmark in midweek.
The centre-back was named in his country’s starting line-up for their Euro 2012 qualifier against Cyprus on Tuesday night despite having missed Liverpool’s previous two games through injury.
However, Agger limped off after just 39 minutes to leave a clearly unimpressed Hodgson to question the decision to play.
“Agger missed two weeks with the injury he picked up in the Sunderland game but he made a miraculous recovery in order to go and play for Denmark where he got injured again,” said the Liverpool manager.
“I don’t know what the state of play is going to be for him yet.”Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Could Hodgson not have prevented him going on international duty if he wasn't fully fit?Originally posted by Shaggy View PostROY HODGSON’S relationship with Daniel Agger has become further strained with the Liverpool manager revealing his frustration at the defender’s fitness.
