Cole doesn't look fit, in fact the teams fitness seems way down this season.

This will be down to Hodgsons training or lack of it. When Hodgson was at Viking they were the unfittest team in the league.

When they eventually sacked him, he was replaced by Uwe Rossler. Her immediately increased the length of training sessions and the intensity, plus he had them training 2 times a day, to get them back to an acceptable fitness level

You have to say this team would struggle in the championship at the moment.
Its been a great week for the club but I think most of us knew this was on the cards today.
Need to get rid of the whole team and start from scratch. A new manager would be a start.
