The problem:

The only person with any footballing background high up at the club is Dalglish. But if he advises the board that Hodgson is the wrong man it'll look like sour grapes and they wont listen.

We don't need a man with a footballing background at this stage.

Henry coming in and telling the players "I know **** all, just do your stuff" would be better than this.
