The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

And what if we win the next 2 or 3? We'll buck up eventually. People will think we've turned a corner.

I read a comment about the threat of a 9 points deduction, from lecter suggesting it would be the same as having Roy in charge for three games...

well I am inclined to agree with him.

tbf fair, even though we were terrible, we were better than at least 3 other sides. although they still probably score more than us. our build up play was nearly acceptable at moments. gash in the last 3rd though.

Because he's just been told his job is safe regardless...he will get time they said, i really think fans need to tell them about Hodgson, and his lack of winnning things over a long long career.

But i feel Purslow will be pleading with nesv to keep him on myself...he may be good at business..but not at football appointments of such magnitude.

You see this is what annoys the **** out of me

We sacked the last manager because it was his fault, we supposedly had the players to enable us to finish in a higher position and our manager under-performed / ****ed up and no longer had the players so he had to go

So we bring in a new manager who has not improved things at all and yet its not his fault its the previous managers fault or the players fault etc...

Fact is we are regressing under Hidgson

If you apply the same criteria as you did when sacking Benitez then Hodgson has to go in short order

Rumours abound Hodgson and Torres have had major falling out

Papers seem to think one of them has to go and apparently according to some of the sages on Fleet Street we should get rid of Torres because "it would be no great loss"

By the way these same sages said Roy was a better manager than Rafa and would win more than him at Liverpool
