Yeah it's all Roys fault.

The players should take no responsibility whatsoever for the last 18 months and more importantly the least 3. Heroes the lot of them.

The players are a let down of the highest order and a total disgrace to this club however he as Manager needs to do more to get the best out of them and he's failing to do so.

I do feel sorry for Hodgson but he's not right for us and it is now imperative that we bring someone else in and fast.

When the camera turned to him with 5 mins left he looked unbelievably stressed, really do feel for him it's not nice being under pressure like he is and he's feeling it bad now which is why he needs to move on.

The majority is not all of us have made up our minds regarding roy. He just does not get anything about the club, top to bottom, inside out.
Roy will have the minimum time of upto xmas and maximum until the end of the season.

He really has got to go - A few reasons why

Not supporting Torres after the OT defeat when Fergie called him a cheat (took him two days to stand up for one of our own)

Comparing us to some of the Swedish teams on his resume - 'football is football & it worked back then so it will work now' - Dinosaur mentality

Repeatedly telling the fans to lower their expectations - no **** Roy with you in charge

Not admitting we are ****e when we obviously are utter ****e

Defensive tactics; home & away

Players being played out of position

Piss poor & stupid signings - why get rid of Insua & replace him with Konchesky? Same goes for Aquilani / Meireles (who I rate but is being played out of position) & Poulsen? Lucas was given some stick (unfairly some might say) but this fella is useless

His arrogance - someone should tell him it's ok being a cocky smart arse (Mourinho) to the fans / media when you're winning but not when we're 2nd from bottom
