He's not doing us any either. Sooner he's gone the better.

The cheapest option for NESV would be to bring back Rafa. No gamble and he wouldn't need to change the squads that much. That means spending less money.

Every other manager would need to change the squads a lot more to fit his playing style. That means that it would most likely take longer time to get results.

Our Academy is built around Rafa's style of play for example. Press high and a very good pass and move game.

It's all about how much NESV want to gamble and how quick they want results. If they want results quickly then Rafa is the best option, if they are prepared to wait then it may be better options out there.
Yeah, the manager who Carra and SG supposedly ousted? The Academy is doing so well too. I know you were in hibernation for a stint, but ffs..

Liverpool stars Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher are backing boss Roy Hodgson to turn the club's fortunes around amid growing dressing-room unrest with several players questioning whether the former Fulham manager has what it takes to lead the club away from the relegation zone.

Whatever happens now with the manager situation, it sounds as though there's a lot of fractures in the dressing room that are going to be difficult to repair. Can all of the big names stay now, or is it a case of who is 'forced out' or thinks **** it and leaves.

The cheapest option would be to give Kenny the job

There is no way Rafa is coming back anytime soon

Or take the likes of Riikard on a deal until the end of the season, with a provision to extend based upon his performance.

If it's true that Gerrard and Carra still backs Roy then it's probably either bye, bye Torres and Reina or bye, bye Gerrard and Carra.

The easiest way to fix the problem is to sell Gerrard and Carra. Look at Real Madrid now compared to when Raul played. No unrest in the dressing room anymore. It's the manager that is the boss.

I think the same thing would happen to us if we sold Gerrard and Carra. I think we would be a better team if that happened. We can replace both of them without that much problem now when we got some money to spend.
