Roy seems to think no one can do better with the current squad. I'd love to see someone come in and prove the deluded ****er wrong.

Point him towards last season and the season before. If anything, its been "strengthened" with some players he did sign.Originally posted by DannyMan2006 View PostRoy seems to think no one can do better with the current squad. I'd love to see someone come in and prove the deluded ****er wrong.

The league is that poor this season if we had made a few decent signings in the summer, if we had gotten rid of Hicks and Gillete earlier than we did, if we had kept Rafa, or at the very least not replaced him with Roy that skunk we got for a manager, he brought us along too fast. Well - we coulda been a contender. We coulda been somebody, instead of a bum... which is what we are, let's face itOriginally posted by DannyMan2006 View PostRoy seems to think no one can do better with the current squad. If you would ask me few months ago: are you going to feel hatred towards Liverpool manager? My answer would be : "Of course not, If anyone is he would be in minority of one" but tonight in the eve of another epic battle with leaders of formidable Dutch league I have to say: Can`t stand you Roy. Just go, please go.

The rumour was recently mentioned on 5 Live i.e. Rafa to be sacked after the world club championship and replaced by Ancelotti.Originally posted by el matador View Postsomeone on TLW is suggesting that rafa will be sacked after the world club championship.
could be time to bring him back. got booted out of here, will be humbled by his experience in inter. has plenty to prove to critics and will be hungry for revenge.
if he comes theres a chance that we wont lose torres and reina too. nesv will like him because he's young, loved by fans, and likes the odd statistic or two.
we wont have this chance again.Another MASSIVE game

8 of those that started and humiliated ManU at Old Trafford in famous 4-1 victory are still here...

Roy also seems to think we have played attacking football and well in a number of games when we havent, he also thinks Northampton are formidable opponents
He just needs to shut the **** upBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

the man's implying that the club is where it is in the league because of its playing squad.Originally posted by DannyMan2006 View PostRoy seems to think no one can do better with the current squad. I'd love to see someone come in and prove the deluded ****er wrong.
so he basically tells his own player not to worry because they're exactly punshing their weight.
if the press didn't turn a blind eye on him but instead gave him the rough ride our previous manager enjoyed then he'd have lost it already.
he's constantly defending himself and his own trophyless petty record. being full of yourself while being unsuccessful at the same time isn't the best mix of things, is it? time to get rid, really.

I feel the same. I don't care about any football at the moment. everyone at work talks about it and I just shrug and say "I don't care anymore".Originally posted by wavydavy View PostHe's got me to the point where I'm barely interested in footy any more. It's astonishing. I hope NESV have a big summer planned for all our sakes.
Reading that interview this morning, Roy just pisses me off more and more. Wah wah, this isn't my team (despite bringing in 7 players, is it?), wah wah, i cant work better.
Wish he'd just admit, to the board at least, that he's out of his depth and wants to leave. Dragging us down to Fulham's level seems to be his only method, that way he can feel comfortable. Managing a club of our size and magnitude isn't supposed to be comfortable, it should be a challenge but one you are equal to.
Sheesh.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
