Nah, they need to earn that trust. Then next time it comes to needing to change manager there shouldnt be a panic as theyve proven themselves but now, we dont know anything about them other than what theyve done in a different sport in a different country.
How people soon forget the ****e we were in with G&H only a Few months ago.... They spent a lot of time and effort in courts ect trying to purchase LFC when everyone else thought what's the point and walked.
Why sack RH when no one is ready to step in? Who says KK is willing to take on hammering we are about to receive off the scum and then get beaten by the bitters at home. You would be moaning that they should have had someone lined up before they sacked him then. Patients is a virtue and let's see how this episode of Brookside turns out before we start singing yanks out again

Bad day for Henry and Werner.
yup, I think you're right here.

If he's not gone by Monday at the very latest, they'll have real issues

All the rumours are saying it has. The media are publicly questioning him, which they didn't until a week ago.

I don't have a problem with the delay at all. Those fans need to step back. Actually no, they're the ones who'll forget all about it the minute we win a game, then kick off the moment we get a draw.

I think I can see NESV's problem here, it's financial, it's also controlling fan expectations too. A rock and a hard place. They have to reasses their plans in short order, with very little experience and time on the stearing wheel.

I just don't subscribe to comparing them to the previous owners, I've accepted this season is now a complete write off - shouldn't have been but it is, if they don't keep our top players and invest then I'll come to the same conclusion as you - just not quite yet
That, in itself, is a scathing point about NESV.

Oh and for the record theres no comparisons with Hicks & Gillett thats just stupid

NESV start with a clean slate the failure to can Roy today is a blackmark in their book and the longer they leave it the bigger the problem will be for them.

The longer they leave it the more fans will lose faith in them and as we have seen with Roy (and Rafa) once that tide turns its difficult to turn it back again

              Mental decision if true.

You cannot expect someone to do a job of this nature if they know they are getting sacked. It is like they are getting him to work 2 weeks notice.

****ing embarrassing. I am sure Kenny will come back his holidays if the need is strong enough. This whole thing has descended into farce.

                  Read it ****ing properly.

I'm not saying they're evil, I'm saying I dont trust them yet. Buying the club off Gillett and Hicks doesnt mean they're amazing people who wont make mistakes, they're businessmen who got an absolute bargain, lets not forget that.

Your post is exactly what was written to anyone who dared question Hicks and Gilllet when they first got here, now im not saying these are the same as them two but it seems some people learn no lessons at all and just love whoever comes along next.

I agree with you, Roy has been a **** up no doubt - but nothing compared to H&G

they need to move quickly now though

Ironic really - If this happens, KD will return for the Everton game, all those years after he went after one.

it's not, more a point of their wait and see tactics having blown up in their faces.

Dalglish supposedly isnt on holiday its a business commitment (speeches / dinners) and hes contractually tied to it till early next week

That said I'd still sack Roy today / tomorrow

I'd put Thommo in charge for Old Toilet and then when Kenny returns put him in as craetaker till the summer (assuming hes willing to take it on this basis)

Whow calm down there fella. There has been precious little honeymoon period for anyone since the summer. There's been a lot of tension and distrust built up that people are still very wary.
