I think that he know that his time is up and he know that this job was his last big job and the reaction is a smile. Like, can it really get any worse than this....

I really am finding hard to believe he really cannot see how **** we are, fcuk is he so bloody arrogant in his belief that his 35 year old coaching pholosophy is not the problem - but Rafa's **** buys...Originally posted by rcasemore View Postthe sad thing is it probably was the best we've played since he's been here - god help us!

I wish that could be true Arn, but I don't feel he'll be pushed just yet... They'll stand by him for a few more games yet...Sadly for us and the team..Originally posted by Arn View PostI think that he know that his time is up and he know that this job was his last big job and the reaction is a smile. Urgh. That post has made me feel bad for himOriginally posted by spud_gun View PostI put it down to nerves. Obviously not condoning it nor trying to justify it but what else could it be? Is he that happy to be seeing his great mate Gollum? Bizzare behaviour.

I know a few of these quotes have been posted on here but there's bits I hadn't seen...
“I can’t ask more of the players than they’ve given the club. I thought their workrate was outstanding, our passing was very good, our movement was good and Everton were fortunate enough to be able to defend on the back of a two-goal cushion. I think it might have been a different story had they not had the two-goal cushion
“In my opinion it’s arguably the best game we’ve played since I’ve become the manager of the club. That’s my opinion based on what I saw on the field but I’m fully aware that what you see on the field is not what people base their opinions on.
“They base them on results and then they try and find all kinds of other reasons why the result was what it was but for me, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be backed up by David Moyes, our performance today was a good one.
“We have seen a magnificent derby game. We were on the losing side and it pushes us even deeper into the mire because we needed a result from today, in particular we needed one on the back of the new owners coming in.”
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

We will soon find out if NESV are strong enough to make very big decisions. If they are ambitious and strong then they will sack Roy as soon as possible. If they don't sack him as soon as possible and let the slide continue then they simply isn't showing the strength the club need off the pitch.
This is NESV first big decision. It will show a lot how ambitious and strong they are.
They must show that they are strong enough to make big decisions very quickly and that means sacking Roy.
If they do that as soon as possible then it's a good start showing that they are the real deal.Stop the cyberhate

I know it's clutching at straws but did anyone else think Babel and Jova played well when they came on? - both looked fired up for it and stretched the play for us which resulted in us looking more dangerous going forward.
Did more when they came on than both Maxi and Cole did in the whole match.

Not really. Everton could just sit back and soak up our feeble attempts at breaking them down.Originally posted by Rudo View PostI know it's clutching at straws but did anyone else think Babel and Jova played well when they came on? - both looked fired up for it and stretched the play for us which resulted in us looking more dangerous going forward.

I predicted that Maxi would have a better season than Cole. Didn't think it would be this close for all the wrong reasons.Originally posted by Rudo View PostI know it's clutching at straws but did anyone else think Babel and Jova played well when they came on? - both looked fired up for it and stretched the play for us which resulted in us looking more dangerous going forward.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
