I'd heard it being said that NESV wont succeed here because they dont understand football. This was countered by the argument that they're not naive, and bring in the best people to run the football side of things for them.

If true, Roy can only have a fortnight at best.

it's not like they don't know how to be ruthless. they may have had the same manager since 2003, but they sacked one straight away, and another the following year. they'll chop and change until they find someone they have confidence in.
