Probably right. January usually isn't usually a busy window but NESV more or less must buy at least one excellent player in January and a couple of others so we can challenge for a CL place.

There isn't that many players available in January

The main gist of the article was based around the fact that player signings would be made around consensus, where if he thinks someone like Schwarzer comes in, even if he's 36, the transfer would have to be considered.
