Thanjk you.

Nope Arn is far from the only one, there are plenty of people doing it in their own particular way that could bear it in mind...
I was talking specifically about your opening ''contribution'. It added nothing, we know what you think.
Practice what you preach.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
Rush is spot on in my view. Whatever you think of Rafa, he's Inter Milan manager now and it all looks a bit grim for him to still be talking about us in the way that he is. I'm fed up with us being in the headlines for the wrong reasons and Rafa isn't helping. Time for him to stop it, move on, and get on with his new job.

So people should just tell lie after lie about him and he shouldn't respond?

Well, apart from the fact he's factually wrong (so I don't know how you can claim he's 'spot on') I tend to agree it would be better for everyone is everyone moved on.
I rather think though that Hodgson's apology the other day was an end to the matter...until Rush has let himself be quoted on the matter.
It's unfortunate I think. He can say what likes of course and the original thread title was way OTT top.
I think life would be better if we all moved on, including the people who think they have yet can't stop criticising others who are struggling to adapt to our new reality. That includes Benitez, Hodgson, Rush, you, me, Arn, Darkon and anyone who is still bleating about the RCDNWB brigade.

Why? The reality is Hodgson is here and Benitez isn't. Lots of people don't like it but that's the way it is. I can't say I'm happy about it myself.
I was trying to find a neutral description while recognising some (many) are unhappy with it.

Wasn't being critical, it just sounded odd. But I understand why it's useful to choose language carefully on delicate topics. I don't do it, but I understand

A ****ing diabolical thread. Absolute trash. It has to be said. I'm glad I didn't see the original thread title for abusive post reasons.
There's nothing particularly wrong with what Rush has said, it's not ideal but if he was rubbing up against Rafa praising him that would not be ideal either. I didn't want Rafa to go but he has and it's time to move on, we remember the Champions League finals, the trophies and the closest we've gotten to #19 in ages, all under Rafa. We respect him. We also respect Legends such as Rush and Dalglish, both of whom are tied to the club forever, no man is bigger than Liverpool, no manager is bigger than Liverpool, Rafa included. We have to move on even if it's under Roy who has a lot more to prove, as such Rafa has to as well, and on that front I completely agree with Rush. I'm all for praising Rafa but some people need to wake up, that era is over, time to move on.
Disrespecting Legends of our club is quite low if I may add
Anyway, what Rushie said on the Chelsea game today was spot on, fair play.

Well it's just that Rafa seems to be talking about us all the time. The week before he was talking about Purslow. This time he's talking about Hodgson and how strong he feels the squad he left behind is.
Wouldn't it be classier to just refuse to answer questions about Liverpool?

I wasn't posting on the site during the Rafa debates. I didn't make a match last season so didn't comment on what I wasn't seeing. The spot on bit was about the need for Rafa to stop talking about LFC and move on.
Seriously, Arn, don't you think you're acting just a little weird?
Is it just me?
Is he your uncle or something? Honest question
What's with the petulent little replies?! It reads like you're actually crying as you type! All red faced and angry
"No! You shut it Rushie! Stop it! Stop saying bad things about Rafa!! Stop it stop it stop it stop it stop it!!!"
Ian Rush has never been the sharpest tool in the box, and as a result might not say the right thing or get his facts wrong; but **** me has he earned the right to
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
