Massive game for Kelly and Carra at CB. If we do well today at the back it will be hard to pick our best back 4 which I guess can only be a good thing.

They actually play lovely football, very surprised they passed better than Arsenal today. Great result

I can confirm that Soto Kyrgiakos is out with tonsillitis.

I'd accepted defeat today and 4th place gone with Roy in charge. But a win today could change everything. Just so frustrating looking back at points dropped.

No Drogba... No Lampard... No Essien.

Hope Anelka remembers his soft spot for us and has an off day.

If ever we were to have a chance... These are good omens.
Only Roy Hodgson could **** things up for us now.

Getting sent down actually helped them in the end, they've come back up with confidence and unity, and their semi-decent players in good form. They'll be erratic but they'll stay up very easily imo.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue

don't know if this is 100% true but heard he tried to remove his own tonsils
in an attempt to be fit for the game?

Love the way there is a senitiment that only Roy could f*ck it up for us against Chelsea given they are missing 3 players - gotta laugh at that logic

You can say that getting relegated has helped them get rid of that 'Newcastle United' tag.
Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon

Chelsea win the titles because they have a big squad full of quality. We are also rans because we lack depth. With both teams missing players Chelsea have no excuses and if we win there can be no ifs or buts.

Our chances are increased but it's still a massive challenge.
