I wouldnt be surprised if this came from a Morgan or new investor supporter on the board. Cranking up the pressure on Moores and Parry as we edge closer to the AGM.
There is definatly something not right in the way this has been done.

And i dont believe whoever said this will face the boot, because who ever it is must have alot of dirt to dish and would go running to the press if they are booted. (and todays actions show that they will)
Moores is in a no win situation. Boot him and face a massive press story of whats happening behind the scenes. OR dont boot him and face the anger from Rafa who would feel that Moores is not standing next to him.

What I find totally unacceptable is that whoever it is went to the press of their own backs and are not man enough to own up to it. If they hold the club in that little regard then they should be booted out A.S.A.P.

Don't underestmate the effect this will have throughout the club and I certainly wouldn't be surprised if Rafa walked in the summer.

These are dark days at Liverpool. The board have shown that they are no better than every other club. Fans can grumble but the board must support the manager. Liverpool must root out the dissenter and flog him and kick him out. If they don't then Rafa may walk in the summer. Unless things on the pitch pick up and we are talking about great results this incident will grow and gather pace aided by the media and things at Anfield will implode.

I thought things were bad but i certainly never thought that they were this bad, al. what you have to ask yourself is how bad are things behind the scenes if a member of the board has decided to go to the press?

I'd say the board member is just plain stupid IMO. We are only 9 games in for a start. I don't believe that Rafa has lost the support of the players or the board but the club must act quick and kick him out. Just verbally supporting Rafa is not enough. I want a head on the corner flag.

I'm pretty sure it's Noel White. He's said things about "foreign players" in the past. This is extremly serious and could do real damage. What is rafa thinking tonight? Surely one thing is that this is a deliberate leak and it's been sanctioned. We could end up loosing Rafa over this. ****ing hell, It's getting worse by the minute.

The timing is calculated, this isn't an off the cuff remark, it was meant to do damage to rafa and put moores in a difficult position. The question is why?

If a takeover IS imminent, is this a jockying for postion, the beginning of a power struggle?
