But then his record away suggests this might be the case. Just weird.
Then he should give them some direction

Whenever I've watched us he is far too passive

I want him gone this is his tactics 35 years in development

I don't disagree with this statement. But he has been thrown out of his comfort zone by coming to us, I'm hoping (for our sakes) he adapts just enough to keep us winning enough for 4th spot at least until Christmas.

Would love Pelligrini or Hiddink to come in after that if things are working out. Even Deschamps would be a good punt.

Sadly I fear you will be disappointed

This is as good as it gets, Chelsea is the absolute pinnacle of what Roy aspires to remember we couldnt play any better than we did against Blackburn

But these tactics have worked for 35 years, he's not going to change now

It was a poor match last night, but a better result than last season. I will not defend Hodgson as he looks out of his depth but the team looked knackered last night and Wigan upped their game, so I'm glad we got 1 point.

Maybe you do need to rotate the team sometimes.

Had he done that he would have been slaughtered (media, here, everywhere). He's not got the 'backing' to make bold decisions yet.

He did hint that he would have liked to have rested Torres (and maybe settle for the point - which we wouldn't have got without Torres - haha) but realised Torres/Gerrard would throw a huff, as well as fans.

However, I would have played Ngog sooner and taken Kuyt off who looked terrible last night. Tiredness.

What the **** does that matter? Does he need the media's acceptance to make changes to the team? If he's too much of a ****house to pick his own team without worrying what the media think then we really are screwed.

Oh come on Arn , you always undermine yourself with something ludicrous.

Isn't Ngoo a target man anyway, not a winger?

Amoo would have been better suited and that would still be far fetched. Amoo is an absoulte speed demon from what I have understood, I guess he is just a **** Theo Walcott.

In hindsight you have 20/20 vision. Kuyt played very well against Chelsea so as to why you wouldn't pick him last night "before" the event would have been a joke. Ngoo and Pacheco - at this level and in that game? - see 20/20 comment.
