A horrible performance. We really did look like Fulham in red shirts. Pinch an early goal and then park the bus and surrender midfield entirely. Spend 75 minutes in our own defensive 30 yards and hoof the ball forward towards Torres just over the horizon.

After that dreadful, pathetic performance where we were totally outclassed by Wigan are there any Hodgson apologists left out there?

If he doesn't get shown the door pronto be prepared for that outdated formation and Sunday League hoofball tactics until he does go and expect us to finish in Fulham territory, about 10th if we're lucky.

The man's an absolute ****ing disgrace

This is the "price" we're paying for the last couple of wins. More Hodgson. Sigh.

The frustrating thing is, with a win we'd be 5th and only 3 points off City in 4th. Get in someone who can give this team a decent tactical approach, get a couple decent players in Jan and we can still have a good crack at 4th.

With Roy we'll be lucky to finish in a Europa position.

If we can get in a new manager now then second place isn't out of the question but it need to happen now. In two, three games it can be to late.

Wigan are in the bottom three with the worst goal difference in the league. We made them look like a really good side tonight and they totally dominated us (or at least we allowed them to).

Out tactics are abysmal and im convinced that the majority of us on here could do a better job.

While I generally I agree I think the current table is a bit unfair on Wigan, quite often when I have seen them they have looked good and missed out by small margins.

Glad I couldn't watch the game to see how bad the tactics were.

Really? Because it was mentioned during commentary we'd beaten them 9 times out of the last 11.
