    On both accounts.
Three big clubs are interested in buying Daniel Agger clear of Liverpool.
The Danish national team states receive interest from the club that all players dream to play in. The newspaper Jyllands-Posten learns that FC Barcelona are interested in buying Daniel Agger, but that negotiations are not yet concrete.

In addition to FC Barcelona learns Jyllands-Posten that even Real Madrid and Manchester City have shown interest. Manchester City and Real Madrid won the championship last season, while FC Barcelona has won the Champions League twice in the last four seasons and three times in the last six.

    The price

The website transfermarkt.de who estimated the value of a wide range footballers, estimates that Daniel Agger is currently 112 million. AUD worth. Keeps the plug and switch Daniel Agger to one of the three clubs will be the club changed the most expensive in Danish football history.

One of the major uncertainties in the possible trade is Liverpool. It is not certain that the English club is at all interested in selling Daniel Agger as the Dane has been one of the crowded, English club's best players in the last season and he is one of the top of the hierarchy in the team after the club icon Steven Gerrard. For this reason, it has been advanced that the club would rather extend Agger's contract and have no plans to sell him.

    Liverpool will keep him

Liverpool's new manager Brendan Rodgers, suggested six days ago that he would prefer that the club extends Agger's contract after a telephone conversation with Dane.

"He has made it very clear that he will be here and fight and work to make the club better. These are things we will try to find solutions in the coming months, "said Brendan Rodgers told the newspaper, the Daily Express.

    Two years back

Daniel Agger has two years left on current contract with Liverpool. Therefore, the club is not as pressured to sell him as if he only had one year left on contract. Jyllands-Posten would have liked a comment from the parties, including Daniel Agger or his agent, Per Steffensen, but it has not been possible.

New deal needs to be offered, he's finally managed to string an decent amount of games together for us so I'd like to think he'll want to stay and help move us forwards.

I don't think we could hope to bring in a replacement as good as Agger so we desperately need to hold on to him - if we can.

                and replace him with who?

£30M is a decent amount of money but it would leave us terribly short at the back with no certainty we could replace him with anyone at the same level.

                  Losing Agger would be disastrous!!!

We are in such a precarious position at the moment, if we are lucky enough to hang on to our top class players this summer but we do not improve dramatically, IMO Agger,Suarez & Reina will be outta here.

if Agger has another year like last year then selling him will look silly

if hehas another year plagued by injuries then not selling will look silly

Isnt our man cooattteezz a possible replacement?

easier said than done though mate, Agger IMO is crucial for us at the moment and until we have found the next Agger we shouldn't even contemplate him leaving, for any amount of cash

We need to get a new contract down in front of Agger as a priority I think.

thats why we signed players like coates and wilson. we also have martin kelly too.

in an ideal world agger would stay and we would be european champions again but i cant see it happening for a while. 30m for a 27 year old is good business imo.

Only Coates will be a centre back out of those 3 and Wilson is not going to make it with us.
