At least until events prove otherwise.
    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Quite simply, he proved he wasn't up to the job prior to them taking over. He then over saw an embarrassing display against Everton and he remained.

Since then we have had poor displays against Wigan, Stoke and the surrender against Spurs. Yet he still remains. They've had the chance to sack him. Even Roys pals in the media would find it hard to argue he didn't deserve to get the bullet.

And Henry has said we can't blame Roy as it's not his squad. So that's what I base my thoughts on. I just think Henry has been given bad advice by somebody tbh.
I have no doubts that long term Nesv will get it right and will be good for us. It's only the present that is pissing me off.
Roy will be given this season, that I am sure of. But only because appointing a new manager halfway through a season is counter productive.

I think we just need to accept this season as a write off - it was always going to be that way. NESV want long term success, at the moment they need to lay a few foundations and then we will see where go. It's frustrating that Roy is here at the moment but long term we have alot to look forward to.

        How is it counter productive?

if we keep him Torres, Pacheco and Agger may go in January. now thats counter productive

If they are going under those circumstances they are going anyway - the only manager we could bring in in Jan would be Kenny as a standin, someone who has not managed a club for many years. He is not going to elevate us in to the top four which is what the likes of Torres will be looking for in order to stay. I think we all need to get used to the idea that he is going at some point.

What FACT is this you speak of? Or is this fact just your opinion like everyone else's?

having a ****e manager is not the liverpol way.

So how can we act the Liverpool way? when in 30 years of watching liverpool never have i felt so low*

*apart from 1989 when i smashed my whole subbuteo team up when michael thomas scored.
I think that the Liverpool way died in 1990 because to me the liverpool way was winning or at least competing for the league each and every season...

The club just got over a serious scrap with Hicks and the other **** so i can understand why the new owners didn't want to sack woy straight away, but now i think its crunch time again

i think the best way to get our message across is by the use of banners and chants during home & away games. theres no need to be abusive to the hugely unsuccessful managerial impostor, but the message needs to be sent loud and clear that he'll never be accepted as manager of LFC..
I don't care as long as we finish above the blue ****e

After whats been said by both managers in the past, i fully expect some more Rafa bashing next monday when we play Villa.
