I'm very suprised at how poor he has been. Granted, I didn't scout Konchesky, or particularly watch many of his games. But when I did see him play he seemed to be part of a solid back 4 at Fulham and I can't understand how he could be carved open so easily.

He just seems to be one of a long line of LB's at LFC who lack positional sense and awareness. Only Aurelio stands out and he's made of glass.

Riise>Warnock>Insua>Dossena>Konchesky.

The fact I have Riise at Number 1 is a sorry tale indeed.

He's always been totally ****. He looked comically out of his depth in that loan spell at Spurs. After I laughed and then raged at us trying to sign Luke Young, Konchesky made Young feel like a potential marquee signing.

I still shudder that this signing ever got off the ground. It should've been laughed off and Hodgson sacked on the spot for even suggesting it.
