I think the fact that he didn't even look back even after it was taken is what people are concerned about, made him look like he couldn't have gave a flying ****. But maybe nothing in it hope so anyways, but didn't look good either way though.

Spurs were taking the peno, and Torres walked away and didn't look back. Even when Defoe took the peno Torres still didn't look back, it was bit strange, maybe we are reading into it too much.
