The Lucas interview suggested this started to happen when Roy came in.

From what I have seen of him I like the way he speaks. Very mature and relaxed especially for a person who learnt English as his second language.

Depressing that he cannot think of his highlight at Liverpool. WTF have we become?!!

Looks like they've ballsed up the listings again.
It says Sixty Minutes with Lucas Leiva but its actually the youth team match vs Crystal Palace.

How do you know what's going to be shown, before it's actually on?

Well thats the trouble with these listings, I don't

I switched on expecting to see Lucas Leiva but this match was on instead.
Doesn't matter, I'm quite enjoying watching this now!

Finally got round to watching this tonight. Thought it was quite sad (well the first half anyway), his first few years sounded like hell, like he felt absolutely everyone was against him. He was spot on too when he said he was getting criticized even when he was doing ok and getting blamed for other players mistakes by the fans which I could never understand (that goes for any player, from Johnson to Insua to Kuyt).

Interesting that he sees himself working well with Raul, he seems happy now that he has a defined role in the team whereas he had to stop short of saying he was a defensive midfielder with little to do when alongside Mascherano. As brilliantly as Meireles played in the hole on Saturday, I’d still prefer to see him start in the centre with Lucas on Wednesday.

All in all he seems like a top lad and I hope he remains here for many years to come. 23 is still very young for a DM and like he says, he is improving every year. I look forward to the next installment when he actually has something positive to look back on, hopefully a few medals to discuss.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Only watched this last night but this is what pleased me the most about him. All the time he comes across as a player with a hell of a lot of resolve and self belief, plus he wants to achieve in life by winning trophies for LFC and become a top player.

I think he's had a real rough ride - we forget he was only 19 when he was player of the year in Brazil, and then he came to the toughest league in the world playing for the biggest club in the UK at the age of 20. I believe At 22 he was the fans' vent of anger at losing Alonso, he's 23 now.

Last year he improved a lot, this year he's continuing to improve. Maybe one day we'll have our best midfielders song back

Your too good to be true, can't take the ball off you you got a heavenly touch, you pass like Sounness to rush. And when we're pissed in the bars we thank the Lord that your ours

he came across a top lad and he has had a tough time but has showed real balls to overcome it.i have to admit i was one of those fans who gave him a hard time but over this past 18 months he has shoved those words back down my throat which i have to say i am glad he did.
