I sat next to a couple from New York who had come over for Christmas but the highlight of their holiday was meant to be the game tonight.

I warned them before kick-off not to expect too much but never expected it to be so bad. I really felt sorry for them.

Whilst the players deserve criticism ultimately the manager must take the blame for the performance (this just being one of many) with players out of position and too deep inviting teams to pay their football in our half.

A decent manager would get a lot more from the players we have. NESV are now in a very difficult position they obviously want and need time to avoid making hasty and wrong decisions but unless there is a marked improvement against Bolton I think they will have to show their hand.

i do strangly feel sorry for roy hodgson. he is no doubt a nice genial chap but he is so out of his depth it is untrue. we are a ****ing laughing stock. he needs to do the honourable thing and just admit defeat and **** off. the longer he stays the worse our season gets, along with our club. please roy do the right thing and leave, soon. we are ****ed enough with you.

He's a calculating ****...............that much is crystal clear over the last couple of months.
Everything is designed to make his position untenable in the long term, waiting for the inevitable dismissal and pay off from NESV...........he knows he's finished at the club, but for whatever reason, the owners aren't pulling the trigger just yet. His attitude towards the fans, the traditions of the club and the players speaks volumes, with his reputation being kept isolated by his allies in the media.
No one who wanted to succeed at this club would go about his business in the way he has conducted himself since the takeover and every day he remains in charge should be looked on as an insult to us fans IMO.
