    That game against Bolton

Hardly inspired about this match but it may be his last so a little cheerier about that prospect .

LIVERPOOL manager Roy Hodgson says he will make changes for tomorrow’s must-win visit of Bolton Wanderers – after admitting whatever team he sent out against Wolves on Wednesday would not have fared any better.

“We've got some chances to freshen the team up and we'll have to continually do that anyway because there are so many games coming up,” said Hodgson.

“With games every three days, you cannot expect them to play even if you wanted to.

“I am trying the best I can do and the group of players I put out there was probably the best XI, apart from Daniel Agger who has been injured long term.

“When I think about it had I chosen a different team which did not have a midfield of Dirk Kuyt, Lucas Leiva, Steven Gerrard and Raul Meireles, with Fernando Torres and David Ngog up front, I don’t think things would have been different.

“I fear whatever team I chose the performance would have been the same and that showed when I made the three substitutions and it didn’t alter the level of performance.

“I don’t think there are many players happy with how they played.

“I put it down to it being a bad day for us.”

Daniel Agger was back in a Liverpool squad for the first time since September and despite transfer speculation about his future, Hodgson insisted he was not for sale.

“Daniel Agger has not been ‘offered’ to anybody,” he said. “Daniel Agger is a Liverpool player and there's a good chance he'll be in the Liverpool team on Saturday against Bolton.

Not knowing how players pulled up makes choosing the side a nightmare.

    Kelly Skrtel Agger Aurelio
    Kuyt Raul Lucas Maxi

Hopefully he gets the chop before kick off and the players respond accordingly

I think if he stays in the job we will win. And that will mean he'll keep his job. The cunt just has a knack of pulling himself out the fire. No doubt he'll trip over the poker and land face first on the burning coals again later down the line, but for now he'll plod on.

I'd accept defeat if t means that Roy is removed from the club, him being here is doing more harm than I ever imagined.

I think we'll just nick a 1 goal win, after another dire performance, which will keep him in the job longer
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                Meh

Can't care less until he's gone now. At least I'll get to watch a decent football side for a change. ****ing Bolton going to be the better footballing team at Anfield! It's like a bloody nightmare.

                  It'll never catch on.
                  .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Shocking but I feel exactly the same now.

Can't help thinking that an early Bolton goal triggering the fans to properly vent our full feelings is the order of the day.

I can't believe that treacherous thought is even crossing my mind, never mind settling there.

But that's how strongly I feel the club needs to lose Roy Hodgson. I know come Saturday I'll be wanting us to win, but in truth if we don't I can't say I really give a ****. It's come to this.

                            ------------- Reina
                            Johnson - Skrtel - Agger - Aurelio
                            --- Meireles - Lucas - Gerrard
                            -- Kuyt/Babel - N'Gog - Torres

Forward three changing places to create movement and mayhem like never before.
