    Rafa Benitez

Has my full support. Lets not forget he brought home the Champions League not too long ago, and thats the biggest trophy in club football. The current form is but a blip, and will be sorted soon enough. Rafa will use his gizmos (prozone etc) and figure out who's not performing, and dump/replace them in the Jan window. He can see who's rubbish, he sees all. If one of the players goes for a ****, he knows about it. If someones home life isnt right, he'll tell them, if someones loyalty to the club is waning, he'll get rid.

Rafa is the man, lets not forget that, and none of us can aspire to be half the manager he is. Lets trust his decisions and accept them, the man knows what he's doing.

He has my full support too mate. He's not perfect, but I definitely feel he's the right man for the job, the one that will take us to number 19.

I was trying to say that after the defeat to manure last week in my 'We will win the league' thread, but was rebuffed by some posters, particularly anfieldandfield and shaggy.

Now, most of the us are reuniting behind him.

Will say it again, Rafa is da man. We'll be there or thereabouts this season.

Well anfieldanfield, purports to be David James, and therefore cant be trusted on footballing matters. Not sure we'll be winning the league, but Rafa will get us there eventually, if we give him the time.

We're far better points wise compared to last season when we were 19 points or more behind Chelsea. It's just a gap of 11 points at the moment, so all this stuff is a bit premature in my opinion, based on the fact that Rafas rotation policy will leave certain players fresh for the run in.

Firstly, good to see polo on on a friday night/saturday morning, although not as drunk as is most entertaining. Secondly the points situation is definitely uplifting, and not depressing, as most seem to think, although admittedly this may be more due to my drunkenness than logic..

Neither GH or Rafa have any had my full backing. I guess I'm just suspicious at heart. When I see evidence on the pitch that the quality of football is going the right way then Rafa will. I reserve judgement until then.

That's fair enough mate, i see what you are saying there.

When we are playing some good football consistently then you will feel that rafa has achieved in making a team that is effective on the pitch and should be amongst the title contenders by right.

Thats kind of how i see it, although i dont think there is any manager in the world who could have won the trophies rafa has in two years.
