I would still expect a fresh approach to reap better dividends, but you're right, there are a number of players in our squad who just aren't up to scratch, and worse still, are unwilling to learn from their mistakes.
I dont expect Kenny to weave a magic wand at all, but I do have my reservations about him returning back to this mess......although it was still necessary.

Agree with you totally that a fresh approach should reap better dividends. My worry is that Kenny will be our Shearer because a number of these players are either not good enough or worse than that don't really care that much.
