i actually thought mon was very very gracious in defeat today
even before the game he said he was going to give it a real go and not come here to sit back.

anyway ,first half we were immense i thought,movement,crisp passing and decisive balls and finishing.even rafa was happy,saying really good twice in a row after the game .

alonso looked to be coming back into form today so hopefully that will continue.as someone said we went on our run of games last yr and if you look at the games coming up (arse away aside) theres no reason we cant do the same again.

its obvious gerrard needs a goal, he is almost like a striker in that regard, he just needs any sort of goal to go in for him and he'll be bangin them in again reguraly i reckon
