The point is, you're using the language barrier as one of the many excuses you have for Mehreles not proving to be value for money. Which of course would be valid if he didn't speak the English language, which as far as i know includes people from Liverpool.
Saying as he does fluent English, this excuse doesn't wash.

You saying Reina, Torres, Agger, Kuyt etc didn't understand Carragher and Gerrard in their first seasons? They prob joke in interviews they didn't but that was just for a laugh, of course they'd understood most of what they're saying. Because they speak English funnily enough.

When someone suggests Scouse sounds the same as the english taught to foreigners, then yes, i will suggest they might just be being a dick, rather than being serious.
