i dont understand when people say that NESV wont invest in the squad

without the debt we are about 40m p.a. better off. Obviously income will have dropped because of no CL etc but hopefully there is more to be invested just from that minimal debt situation

why spend £300 million, the hassle of the court case with H&G just to do nothing with it - makes no sense at all.

Exactly. But unfortunately they haven't spent £1000quadrillion on the squad in the first 16 days of the first transfer window, so clearly they won't invest in the squad EVER

this is the lack of confidence that has been mentioned by some. The ability is greater than they are showing in this half. we need to produce the first half for a whole game obviously.

however playing like this doesnt help the confidence. TBF this is a bit more like under Rafa last season when we had spells but then seemed to have no confidence if we conceded, than the general ****ness of the bodge era
