He might be but I don't remember it being in the rules that when an opposition player is about to run past you and the ball is quite a distance from the two of you, you are allowed to stick you arm out at head level to stop said opposition player from running past you. I thought this was classed as a foul which would result in either a yellow card or maybe even a red for raising your arm...

For what it's worth, I thought it was a yellow purely because Poulsen raised his feet to catch the player on the break......might have got away with it if he had of just hit him.
It's more dodgy because he's liable for another very soon in this match the way it's playing out........having said all that, there's more than one consistent fouler out there that the refs doing **** all about.
