This is why he is not quite ready to play every week. If he does he could go along the same lines as Insua who is a good promising young player but wasn't ready for the number of games he played last season.

True....he's doing ok overall in the games he's playing in, but there are things the lad needs to work on, but he does look good for the future.
Problem is he's around the age now where regular football is a must to push on further....just need to find the right balance I think.

Yeah, it's a tough one and has to be handled very carefully but I do think he is going to be a very good player.
