Thanjk you.

The only rule is that they have to still be actively playing elsewhere.
For me, it would be:
Mascherano
Alonso Crouch
Of all our former players, I think we miss Mascherano the most. We were a much more solid team with him in it than without him, and he gave others such as Gerrard the freedom to play in more attacking positions.
Alonso I guess will be most people's favourite. When he was on form, he was wonderful, peerless even. However, in 5 seasons, I think we can say that only his first and last consistently lived up to expectations.
For me, letting Crouch go was unfortunate. He scored goals, was flexible, and I think he could work well with Torres. We've never adequately replaced him, in terms of a good solid squad forward.
Think I'd take Anelka before Crouch.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
The first two need little explanation and I'd be surprised if either were omitted from anybody's list. Arbeloa simply because our defence could do with someone as assured, versatile and reliable as he proved to be. He shades it over Yossi, who would be good to have back for similar reasons but wasn't quite as consistent as Arbeloa. Nobody else comes close to grabbing the third spot I don't think; Sami was a phenomenal player for us and a great influence, but he can't have many years left as a player now.
