Yes it would make a great deal of sense to leave our new £23million signing on the bench in the wake of losing our number 1 striker.

Of course he's doing it from the stands. If he was playing he wouldn't have to force the defenders into scoring og's now would he?

I think suarez had to be registered by mid day today, which clearly would have been the case. So I think he will be able to make his debut. Kenny may just stick him on the bench for now though. We'll see.

I don't think he's permit has been finalised. Until then he can't play. Think they took him to Ireland to spped up the issue, not sure of the outcome but he's 50:50 last I heard
