Legend. We are due another Fowler through the ranks, better chance than ever with Kenny in charge.

Torres the better player. Robbie was a fantastic player and is a Liverpool legend.

It is just sad that he didn't had a better lifestyle. Then he would have been even better and had more years at the top. He also started to play at the top level week in week out to early but it is difficult to say no and just play him sometimes when the pressure is on to play a young talent that would improve the starting XI.

Torres doesn't even come close to God around 94-97 imo. Best striker the premier league has ever seen at that time. Shame about the injuries.

It was between him and Shearer during those mid 90's.
                        We come not to play.

Shearer was probably the greatest striker the premier league has seen with him doing the business over a much larger period of time.

But those three years for me, God was God. Everything he seemed to touch ended up in the back of the net. Left foot, right foot, header, outside box or a tap in off his arse.

My Favourite player of All time. Zero Back lifts shots, headers, volleys, the whole lot.Thunder bolt shot against mancs in 2-0 victory at Old Trafford
