Kenny, Sammy and Steve Clarke... well done, almost perfect tactics! Well done to the reds fans who sang their hearts out all game for the boys in red (except for the mong who threw something at Torres). We need to move on from the Torres thing. It's done now, he's made his bed, and he's joined a team on the decline. It's a decision he will live to regret, starting today. We need to concentrate on the magic Kenny is working here. Once we get Andy and Luis into the team we will be unstoppable! Shame on all those who had Carra out to pasture, and doubted his ability. A majestic performance by number 23 today. Didn't give Drogba or Torres a sniff. Still a top class defender.

This performance was with the same players we had under Hodgson bar Torres so really it was with a supposed weakened team, Hodgson has alot to answer for, so excited about Carroll and Suarez coming in

yes gent, that is true . It's good to have options. I personally don't think we'll play the same system week in, week out. It's served a purpose in the last two games but I would be gobsmacked if we start the same against Wigan. We'll have to wait and see. I have faith in whatever Kenny does.
