Given how **** the league is if the King had to be in from the start we would win it. That said its doable, very doable.

I don't think it is possible.

We'll need championship winning form to do it.
          Oh I don't know.

I think it's just slightly out of our reach now.... given an extra 3 games I think we could have done it!

dunno... 39 points still up for grabs, Champions League coming up for others, I think it is def. possible; it will be a massive challenge, but doable. Have faith!

have to agree i think its just a bit too much to ask. mainly because of the fact we are looking at a number of teams dropping points.

but you never know lets go for it and the europa and lets rescue this season.

Chelsea have still got to play the mancs twice, the way they're playing I can't see them taking more than a point.

Spurs will drop loads of points around their Champions League games.

                    We're in that now.

But we need to keep it up. If we can get the same momentum going of when we came 2nd, it could well be on.

What makes me feel so pissed off is the fact we didn't get Kenny in sooner. I've seen Craig H have a moan about FSG for taking so long to act and I have to say I 100% agree with him.

If we had got Kenny in the door in time for the first Everton game I really think we would be in the mix for a top 4 position now as opposed to trying to catch coat tails.

Had Broughton and Purslow given him the job at the start of the season, who knows? The league has been that bad it could have been a title challenge. It's close between the top 4, so tbh to have been in there fighting for 4th would have meant we would also have been challenging for the title, as improbable as that sounds.

Big opportunity missed this season. In all probability it is to late for 4th, but at least we'll likely finish in the Europa League placings and can build enough momentum to have a real crack at winning that competition this year.

That said, if everyone stays fit and Suarez and Carroll come in and have an impact............. You never know.

Only Arsenal away looks daunting. City, MU, Spurs at home are all winable. Beat Wigan next Saturday is all we should look at now.

No chance. I say we develop our tactics for next season's league winning campaign.

It will be tough, but this league is stranger than any one for a long time. All teams are dropping points and if we put a run together then maybe.

Wigan game is of course important. Against relegation fodder at Anfield I don't think we should be playing three center backs.

Suarez and Kuyt up front, I think we could batter them....
