In fairness to Roy (and I hate him for his time with us)..............there hasn't been a peep from him in the media that I can recall, which is not what a lot of us were expecting.
Must be a book deal on the horizon for him... (or its part of his comp)

As bad as Hodgson is, even people predicting him to fail must not have expected him to be that bad. I wasn't impressed with his appointment but thought he'd be okay enough to get us at least 6th. I saw him as a steady appointment, that showed a big lack of ambition but could see why they were thinking safety first.

Have to say, I was shocked to see us toil so badly under Hodgson. I always stuck to my opinion that the players we had weren't that bad and that it was just a case of lack of confidence in themselves and Hodgsons methods. I never agreed with the Rudo and Drago sentiment of complete squad overhaul.

But the turn around under Kenny has been astonishing. I just hope we can keep going and fight for 4th. That would probably rank up their with Istanbul style comebacks.

In fairness, how can he say anything? He failed to motivate the players and a new man has come in and proved his statements of how poor the players were to be complete rubbish.

If he did say anything he'd just look a complete mug.

Not trying to point out the good in Hodgson, just thankful there wasn't the usual "unhappy I wasn't given the time/investment to succeed blah, blah, blah"..."some players not doing themselves justice blah, blah" (which lets face it, he was fond of saying when they were his players !! )
Even surprised they didn't seek him out when the Carroll/Suarez money was spunked - not that I care what he says, but its normal Sky Sports tactics to get a story. He must be keeping a very, very low profile.
