Not 100%, I really hope he can play in it but think he is cup tied.

Ajax have dropped into the Europa meaning he can't play. If they stayed in the CL or were eliminated completed he would have been allowed to play in both comps for different teams.

I have no idea - so I'm assuming you're right...but why exactly IS Suarez cup tied...seems silly rules as Ajax were playing in the Champions League - shouldn't matter that they're in the EL now as he hasn't played a game for them in the EL.

If Suarez can't play for us then it seems stupid and unfair that Torres can play in the Champions League this season.

looking at the official site - they've got a team selector bit for it for the Sparta game and he's available in that - might mean he is available or it means the site isn't set up to select teams for different comps!
