We need to get the right balance. Wilson as you say must attack more. Insua would probably loved to play 3-5-2.

As long as he gets the basics in defence right then it'll be a good first start for him. First start at CB and first start in the league. Big game for him.

I'm hoping to see enough from him that makes me think again about us needing to spend cash on a CB.
