The spastics on Sunday Supplement are about to start talking about Kenny's contract. Well, as soon as they've finished dishing it on Wenger.

Edit: they aren't there yet but the discussion on the England Captaincy is FLMAO! They've just absolutely hammered the concept and role of a captain. They just said something along the lines of 'The English are one of the few countries that need someone to roll their sleeves up and shout a bit and John Terry always plays better when he gets to be the one who gets to do the sleeve rolling and shouting. Civilized countries and football associations just see the captain as the bloke who picks tails and whohands over the pennant at the start of a game'.

A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

It would be great to have a nice budget to desperately improve the squad as it seems that we will be in for the same players as other 3,4 clubs.

great news - if it's correct.

I'll wait until we see something official rather than paper talk before I get really excited!

I am sure it's only a matter of time though before it happens - agree with Arn and Shaggy here if FSG back us properly and we move on some players we could really see some decent movement in the summer to supplement Suarez and Carroll from Jan

Wouldnt read too much into the McMahon sacking

                  Thats an irrelevance

He was considered "a weak link" in the chain from bringing kids through the academy to the first team under one system and one set of guidelines

The club apparently want ALL the sides playing the same system / style of football and they want a natural progression from one team to another (ie a player performing well in a handful of games wont automatically gain promotion he will have to continually excel at the level and almost give the coaches no choice BUT to promote him)

McMahon was keen on playing a system similar to Benitez's, the youth team and the first team are playing different systems/styles than that
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Carragher the cunt has got Mcmahon sacked! The finished cunt.

I've no doubt that will soon become a "fact" on here though only by one person in fairness.

                          What???????
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              2 year deal?

Kenny to over see the replacement of 2 key players - carra & gerrard and the new future liverpool?

They should give him 3-4 years.
