    Which Old LFC players surprised you by remaining in Liverpool after they retired?

    I was taken aback that Michael Thomas still lives in the city and hasn't moved back down south. Any others??
    I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

              Perhaps thats why he was rubbish at Inter. Its easier to do a job if you are at least in the same country. We all like to pretend we are working from home once in a while though.

                It must be hard to manage a team from another country. Slur Alex has managed to manage a team from another state though ! a drunken state
