According to FC Lyn, Liverpool had scouts present this weekend to watch Chinedu Obasi Ogbuke, or just Edu. He's one of the two other Nigerians who left the club without permission last year when the Mikel saga was ongoing. I've seen the player alot this season, and he's done very well. He's a striker with 8 goals in 12 games in the league. He's got alot of pace, great technic but is a poor finisher imo. According to his agent, its a big chance that he'll move to a bigger club in January. West Ham, Portsmouth, Barca, Sevilla, Celta Vigo, Stuttgart and Celtic also had scouts present.

no i'm talking young players, of the daniel agger type, not the miki roque type. Players that are close to being in the first team and come at a bit of price but could be a gamble worth taking.
