Sunderland Build up

No looking back, just look forward.

The Europa "dream" is over for another year so we only have the league to concentrate on now.

Sunderland away could prove a tricky match but at least we have our star man back and ready to fire. Will we see the much anticipated new front line of Suarez and Carroll for the first time or will 2 games in 3 days be against the doctors orders? I think Carroll will be on the bench TBH and eased back into this one.

I'd expect to see

I expect Carroll on around 60th min for Cole with maxi moving to the left and Kuyt back to the right. Pacheco will be on the bench but won't figure again I know, it's a brave call that last one but there you go, I've said it

Suarez really is an important player .....tough game this but he and caroll will be the keys to a win......as for injuries i have a dodgy left knee but i will be available for work tonight....thanks for asking ps i would if possible start carroll and for 90 mins

3-5-2 going 4-4-2 with pouslen off for maxi second half and raul moving deeper with johnson right mid.

when carroll comes on he'll replace soto, with carra going central and johnson moving back to defense and kyut going wide.

Our season is more or less over now, I'd like to see us ditch players that don't have a future (where possible) and give some of the youngsters who are genuinely near the first team a chance, as well as those that are in the 'future undecided' catagory.
