    Forget 5th........go for 4th!!!

this is LFC......the fookin comback kings......

We have city and spurs both at home........i fancy us to beat both those cunts......

City are on the ropes big time.....Mancini has lost the dressing room.....

Spurs......big big pity they didn't get Schalke or Shaktar in the CL......give them a few tricky games in both the quarter finals and the semis where they lose games before/after champions league matches.... I will be shouting for them big time against Real Madrid......(although i can't see it to be honest). However, tottenham still have to play us, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man City.....

    You fookin never know......

    One word...............BELIEVE!!!!

    Nice one mate.

I'll not give up all hope while it's mathematically still possible.

      blame kenny!

If we had beaten everton and wigan and not lost against blackpool and west ham. We would have had 10 more points. Forget 4th. We'd be fighting for the title!

We have a really tough run in and way too far behind, its not going to happen but fair play for the optimism mate YNWA.

a 5 point gap maximum if we beat both spurs and city.

they also have to play each other and if they draw then its only 3 points if we win

3points and 6 games to get it in.........Franks right, we will piss it

it's not a tough run in. Arsenal away is the only game I would rather avoid.

Msn City and Spurs at home will not be easy but we need to play those two and beat them to have a chance of overhauling them.

Everyone else we have, well we should be looking at winning those games regardless of our circumstances. Not one team will have an edge on us now due to us being out of all competitions.

Going out to Braga was initially thought as the end of our European chances. In fact it could turn out to be a blessing.

For the champions league our next three games are massive. Win them all and it's on and we can start to believe.

West Brom away, City at home and then Arsenal away. If we are 5 points or less of Spurs and City after those three games (no games in hand for anyone) then we have 5 games to turn around the deficit and it's really on.

But too often we will blow it against teams like West Brom. City are also very difficult to break down and beat. Whilst we never win at the Emirates. It's not easy.

Getting 5th would be an accomplishment in itself.

                Anything else would be gravy+.

Roy will have 11 players behind the ball to ensure we get nothing. And then tell the waiting paparazi that there's no gulf in class between the 2 sides and his team should have won it.

spurs are mis-firing and man city are in free fall, arsenal are in deep turmoil so for me its wide open.

were generally strong finishers so 4th is there for the taking imo

West Brom aren't good enough at the back to put 11 behind the ball. They'll have a go.

I worry about West Brom. Footy has a funny habit of dishing out revenge.

It would just be our luck for Roy F Hodgson to get a win.

I personally feel better about that one than the way I felt about Sunderland.

As much Roy may think he knows us we know his ancient mistactics even better.
