Rather than feel sad for five minutes and then move on with our day though, why dont we try and do something positive in response to this? The best thing anyone on here can do if youve been affected by his story is to go and sign up to the bone marrow register. The saliva test only takes about ten minutes including the form filling - www.anthonynolan.org.uk has more details. If more people were on the register then maybe Elliot would have found a match.

If we could get a few thousand LFC fans to sign up for Elliot then it might help to save the next young LFC fan in the same situation. That seems like the best tribute to Elliot to me, regardless of how many pages of ynwa messages we reach.
